Complete renovation of a rural finca. Property Scouting, Concept design, botanical study for fruit garden and medicinal plants, contruction drawings , site supervision.

The Concept was create as a flexible space for 6 people, with a common working area, strong dialogue between inside and outside by openings to interior “patio”. The 20 years abandoned building was born on 1950 as crops storage , in a rural area of northern island, so it’s been possible to get an open flexible space at the ground floor. In a beautiful location at the foot of the volcano and overlooking the ocean, the property count two stunning terraces ocean/volcan view and a food/medical garden.
